The name and genre this book is listed in do not give it justice. The cover, name, and everything else lead you to believe this is gonna be another one of those explicit erotica contemporary romances that are really nothing more than a bunch of sex scenes and little plot. But, this book is nothing of the sort. I was surprised that it is classified within erotica, because I would have thought this would be a straight up romance. Yes, it’s hot – but there is a whole lot more going on than just sexy time.

PJV QUICKIE: Penny Reid has written a humorous, heartfelt, and honest love letter to marriage. I was not expecting to feel as many emotions as I did while reading Happily Ever Ninja – some good, some not so good – but overall I was thrilled to be back in the Knitting in the City world.
