If You Only Knew by Kristan Higgins #Review

PJV QUICKIE: If You Only Knew is a little different from a “typical” Kristan Higgins book, but I liked it.  It’s a more serious story than I am used to from this author, more women’s fiction than romance, but her flair for strong characters and exceptional storytelling shines through.   Review: Jenny Tate is a fancy-schmancy wedding dress designer (she worked for Vera Wang!  She’s met Tim Gunn!) who’s fairytale marriage ended suddenly (and surprisingly) in divorce.  She’s stayed friends with her ex-husband Owen, and his new wife Ana-Sofia might be her current best friend. Waiting On You by Kristan Higgins #Review

PJV Quickie: Kristen Higgins is a terrific storyteller; she tells a sweet tale that is in turns funny and bittersweet, and I know that once I open one of her books I’m going to be there for awhile.  Luckily for me I planned ahead and had a comfy chair and pillow nest to sit in while reading Waiting On You. She enjoys working...

Review:  As The Perfect Match opens, Honor Holland is marking her 35th birthday with her traditional ‘birthday pap smear’ (not my favorite way to spend a birthday). This one ends a little differently, though, as her doctor mentions that she’s not getting any younger and if she wants kids she needs to start working on it...
