Tim Hemlin is the author of the culinary mystery detective series,  e Neil Marshall Mysteries. A Whisper of Rage was a  finalist for the Private Eye Writers of America Shamus Award. Hemlin is also author
of  The Wastelanders, a science  fiction novel based in a dystopian future devoid of water and ruled by corporate water cartels. Hemlin works as a counselor in a Houston-area high school, and has had more than 25 years experience in the classroom, giving him unique insight into the minds of a teenage audience.
