Ingredients:

2c Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4c Sugar
1/2 butter or 1/2c margarine, melted
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
3/4c Sugar
1 (12oz) non-dairy whipped topping (make sure it is not frozen)
1 (3 1/2oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (3 1/2oz) package instant butterscotch pudding mix (I sometimes leave this out)
3c Milk

Prep:

Take the graham cracker crumbs (or graham cracker and crunch it up) and combine with the 1/4 cup of sugar and the 1/2c of melted butter. Mix it up well and then press it firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie plate.

Place in oven for ten minutes at 325 degrees or until lightly crispy. Let cool.

Grab a big bowl and mix together the cream cheese and the 3/4 cups of sugar. I like to also use powdered sugar sometimes for a fluffier mix. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread the mixture into the pie plate, over the COOLED crust.

Whisk the pudding mixes together (optional butterscotch). Spread the pudding on top of the cream cheese mix.

Spread the remaining whipped topping on the top.

Optional walnuts or pecans, along with shaved chocolate to make it look all pretty.
